From May 19 to 22, Vilaseca took part in FESPA, the world’s leading printing industry trade show, held at Fira de Barcelona in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat.
Over 25,000 visitors and 500 accredited exhibitors from more than 50 countries gathered over four days at a show showcasing the latest innovations in printing and finishing across all formats and materials. Leading printing machinery manufacturers such as Agfa, Brother, HP, Canon, Epson and Durst were present, alongside brands specialized in DTG (Direct to Garment), DTF (Direct to Film) and sublimation systems like Kornit Digital. The event also featured precision cutting and industrial display equipment specialists such as Kongsberg, Zünd, Summa and BOBST, as well as suppliers of inks and vinyls including 3M, Arlon Graphics, Hexis, Antalis and Sun Chemical.
Building on the experience and strong reception achieved at Labelexpo last October, Vilaseca returned to a major international industry exhibition. On this occasion, the company showcased its range of high-quality professional products for large-format printing, including poster and indoor/outdoor signage papers from the Skyline collection. Highlights include Skyblue, featuring a blue back, moisture resistance and specifically designed for outdoor advertising; Skylight, suitable for indoor signage and OPI applications; and Ecoblue, a recyclable option made with a recycled paper base.
Participation in events of this nature represents a new approach to bringing its products to market and enables the company to strengthen relationships with trusted distributors and engage with a sector that has relied on the Capellades-based paper mill for many years for its professional projects. It is also an opportunity to position Vilaseca as a modern and forward-thinking company among potential clients worldwide.
